- We will donate 2 cents for each cookie wrapper in good condition.

- Collection bags should not be shipped until there are 50 cookie wrappers.

- Collection bags should not be shipped until there are 100 drink pouches.

- To the best of your knowledge, the organization on whose behalf you are collecting cookie wrappers is a non-profit organization.

- Your return shipments of full bags can be made ONLY from (1) a location that has regular daily UPS service or (2) by taking the bags to a UPS drop off location. You CANNOT call UPS and have them pick up the bags from a location they normally do not service, as the prepaid shipping label does not cover this service.

- Payments to your charity will be made twice per year, once in June and once in December. A payment in made in June will cover cookie wrappers received from November 1st through April 30th, and a payment made in December will cover cookie wrappers received from May 1st through October 31st.

- You grant TerraCycle Inc. and its representatives the right to include your name as a participant in this program in print and electronic communications about the campaign. No identifying information other than your name will ever be revealed. Neither TerraCycle nor its representatives will sell or otherwise make available any personal information collected in this program.

- TerraCycle reserves the right to suspend or cancel this program at any time without prior notice. Any funds owing to an organization as of the date of a cancellation or suspension will be paid in full.
