The North Face Polybag Brigade - FAQ
What kind of Polybags are acceptable?
TerraCycle will accept any kind and any size Polybag.
- Who can participate in TerraCycle's Brigade?
All North Face employees at designated stores are encouraged to participate in the Polybag Brigade.
- What do I need to sign up for the Polybag Brigade?
A designated store manager will be responsible for signing up your location for the Polybag Brigade. This individual will be the contact person who oversees the Polybag Brigade at your location.
- Can my store sign up more than once?
No. Each North Face location can only have one Brigade account.
- What if my information changes or needs to be updated?
If for any reason you need to change or update your information, please select the PROFILE tab on your account and then simply click "Edit Profile." If you still need assistance or have questions please contact Customer Support at 1-866–967–6766 or email customersupport@terracycle.net and someone will be glad to assist you.
- How do I ship the packaging back to TerraCycle?
Start with any size used box or bag, you can download your own pre-paid FedEx return label by clicking the “Ship Your Waste” icon and select Polybag Brigade under the drop down menu on our web site. Print the pre-paid label and affix to the reused box or back and call FedEx to arrange a pick up.
- Is there a limit to how many pieces of packaging I can send in?
There is no limit to the amount of Polybags you can send in. Please make sure that the box or bag you are using is completely full of Polybags before shipping also make sure to consolidate your shipments to at least 5-10 full boxes at a time. As long as you have been sending in a slow, steady stream, you are doing well. For additional information, please see the “Shipping Instructions,” which you can download from the RESOURCES tab located on your account.
- I checked my status. Why is it incorrect?
