- We will donate 2 cents for each Honest Kids drink pouch in good condition.

- We will donate 1 cent for all other drink pouches in good condition.

- Collection bags should not be shipped until there are 100 drink pouches.

- To the best of my knowledge, the organization on whose behalf I am collecting drinking pouches is a non-profit organization.

- Your return shipments of full bags can be made ONLY from (1) a location that has regular daily UPS service or (2) by taking the bag(s) to a UPS drop off location. You CAN NOT call UPS and have them pick up the bags from a location they normally do not service as the prepaid shipping label does not cover this service.

- Payments to your charity will be made twice per year, once in June and once in December. The June check will cover drink pouches received from November 1st through April 30th, and the December check will cover drink pouches received from May 1st through October 31st.

- I grant TerraCycle Inc. and its representatives the right to include my name as a participant in this program in print and electronic communications about the campaign. No identifying information other than my name will ever be revealed. Neither TerraCycle nor its representatives will sell or otherwise make available any personal information collected in this program.

- TerraCycle reserves the right to suspend or cancel this program at any time without prior notice. Any funds owing to an organization as of the date of a cancellation or suspension will be paid in full.
