Legal Intern
The 1L, 2L or 3L intern would be responsible for a variety of legal work relating to corporate and commercial transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, regulatory work regarding agricultural products, reserach and regulatory work regarding product labeling and compliance with consumer protection laws. This intern will report to the General Counsel of TerraCycle, Inc.
Duties
- Drafting or reviewing contracts
- Regulatory and administrative law, corporate governance, financing; securities;
legal research; antitrust/pricing
- Reviewing marketing materials
Skills
- Good legal writing
- Editing and research skills
- Competent in MSWord and MSExcel, Lexis or Westlaw
Pay Type: Cash stipend of $100. U. S. dollars per week.
Hours per Week: 40
