All you have to do is mail corks to TerraCycle! If you have lots of corks, we will pay shipping and provide downloadable shipping labels. Sign up, activate your account, follow the email instructions and voila! You can begin sending corks to TerraCycle and away from landfills.

What kinds of corks are acceptable? We accept all corks! Natural, synthetic, wine, or champagne. Send them in! Who can sign up for the Cork Brigade? Anyone can sign up for the Cork Brigade! Participation is open to individuals, organizations, wineries, tasting rooms, bars and restaurants. I signed up for the Cork Brigade but I haven't received anything from TerraCycle yet. What do I do? Check to be sure you completed the sign–up form online. If you have successfully signed up but didn't receive the confirmation email, check your spam filter for the message and reply to it as stated above. If you have done these things and still don't have the email, contact us at: customersupport@terracycle.net or call our customer suppport team at 866–967–6766. Do I have to pay for shipping? No. As long as you sign up for the cork brigade and are accepted into the program, the shipping charges are on us! Just be sure to attach a TerraCycle Cork Brigade shipping label to your box! I’ve registered online, so how do I send in a big shipment of corks? Reuse an old shipping container (any old box or shipping envelop will do) and download free shipping postage. Download the UPS mailing label and tape it to your package. Then just drop it off at a UPS location! How can I check if you have received my shipments? You can check your account status online to track your shipments by going to the Cork Brigade page at: www.terracycle.net/brigades.
