What kinds of packaging are acceptable?
We are only collecting the plastic diaper packaging – not the corrugate material.

Who can sign up for the HUGGIES® Brand Brigade?
We welcome anyone from mothers and families to a school or organization to join in on our efforts to save waste diaper packaging from landfills!

Which states can participate in the TerraCycle Brigades?

TerraCycle Brigade programs are open to all U.S. States EXCEPT for ALASKA,Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you live in Alaska ,Hawaii or Puerto Rico and sign-up for a Brigade, your account will be automatically deactivated and your location will notbe able to print or request labels. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have brigade programs running in those states and territories in the future.

What do I need to sign up for the HUGGIES® Brand Brigade?
Signing up for the HUGGIES® Brand Brigade Program is easy!

You will need to provide 1) a contact person to administer the HUGGIES® Brand Brigade and 2) a 501(c)3 charity (and its Tax ID #). If you do not have your own charity, you can select our default charity. You will also need to provide a valid e-mail address to receive a confirmation letter and valid mailing address to receive materials.

I signed up for the program, but I haven’t received a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?
Please check to see if your confirmation e-mail from customersupport@terracycle.net was sent to your spam or junk mail, BUT DO NOT SIGN UP AGAIN. Please email customersupport@terracycle.net with subject line: No Confirmation E-mail, along with your phone number. Someone will contact you and fix the situation.

Can my school or organization sign up more than once?
No. Each individual and organization, including schools, can only have one HUGGIES® BRAND Brigade account. Any additional accounts will be suspended. However, more than one brigade can benefit a single school. If you have any questions please contact customersupport@terracycle.net for clarification.

What if my information changes or needs to be updated?
If for any reason you need to change or update your information, please select the collect tab (located on your profile) and then simply click edit this team. If you still need assistance or have questions please contact Customer Support at 1-866–967–6766 option 1 or email customersupport@terracycle.net and someone will be glad to assist you.



PAYMENT

Is there a minimum/maximum amount of packaging to collect before my school or charity will receive a check?
We typically do not send out checks for less than $5. Because the donation piece is $0.02 per piece, it can take a while to reach that level. If your donations have not totaled $5 by December, however, we will send the charity a check for the year’s collections at that time.

I've sent collections in to benefit a charity. Why didn’t I receive a check?
Charity checks are mailed DIRECTLY to the designated charity, not to the individual contact. Charities will receive a check in June for collections received between November-April. Charities will receive a check in December for collections received between May-October.

I forgot to select a charity during sign up. Can I still select one?
Yes. Please call 1-866-967-6766 and press option 1 or email customersupport@terracycle.net with the charity name, address, contact person and Tax ID #. You can also select the charity through the TerraCycle website for the HUGGIES® Brand Brigade. Please note that changes to the charity will take effect for all items mailed in AFTER the change is registered. For packaging you have sent in that may not yet have been credited, the previous (default) charity will be the beneficiary.

Can I switch my charity?
Yes. Please call 1-866-967-6766 and press option 1 or email customersupport@terracycle.net with the charity name, address, contact person and Tax ID #. Additionally you can also switch your charity through the Terracycle website for the HUGGIES® Brand Brigade. The new charity will only be credited with packaging that you send in AFTER that point.



SHIPPING

Do I have to pay for shipping?
Nope! You will be printing USPS shipping labels from our web site to enable you to ship your envelopes for free. You will be using your own standard letter or bill envelope for mailings. This will bring your HUGGIES® Brand Brigade collections back to our factory to be upcycled into TerraCycle eco-chic products! You win, we win, and the environment wins! Please note that there is an 8,000 shipment limit on this brigade, meaning that you will not be able to access free shipping labels once 8,000 labels have been printed for the program. Also note that no materials will be sent out to you and that you will send materials in your own standard letter or bill envelope, weighing no more than 10 ounces.

How do I ship the packaging back to you?
You can download your own pre-paid USPS return label simply click the “Get Mailing Labels” icon and select HUGGIES® Brand Brigade under the drop down menu on our web site. Then select “Print My Label Now” and a label will automatically print out from your printer. Simply affix the label to your envelope (no larger than a standard letter or bill envelope, weighing no more than 10 ounces) and drop off in any mailbox. Please note that there is an 8,000 shipment limit on this brigade, meaning that you will not be able to access free shipping labels once 8,000 labels have been printed for the program. Also note that no materials will be sent out to you and that you will send materials in your own standard letter or bill envelope.

Is there a limit to how many pieces of packaging I can send in?
While there is no distinct limit, your envelope (including contents) must weigh less than 10 ounces at the time you mail it. This should not be a problem if you fill each envelope with 2-3 pieces of packaging material.

I checked my status. Why is it incorrect?
